The mission of RACHMISTRZOWIE Accountant's Office is to ensure maximum satisfaction of our Customers. Therefore, the foundation of all our operations is the principle of meeting all requirements as agreed with the Customer, so as to provide maximum satisfaction with the quality of services provided by our Office. A symbolic indication of our focus on the Customer is the aforementioned quality policy, summarized by our motto:

RELIABILITY AND TIMELINESS
Our motto defines the style of work of our Office and thus determines the process of expanding the qualifications and knowledge of our staff. From each our Employee we require understanding and following the declared quality policy. In order to efficiently implement the policy, in our annual operation plan we specify measurable goals related to quality and indicators verifying the achievement of thereof. The basic tool for implementing the quality policy are the procedures specified in our Quality Management System. Taking into consideration the crucial role of the tool, we believe that it requires continuous development of qualifications and motivation of our Employees.

On a personal note, I can guarantee that all means necessary for constant improvement of quality of services shall be taken and that I will personally supervise all activities related to identification and meeting of needs of all our Customers.
